About Us

Bored Portal is a community-driven random website generator and modern StumbleUpon alternative. Whenever you're looking for boredom killers or quirky web tools, just hit the "Teleport" button—our portal instantly beams you to handpicked weird, creative, and useless websites across the web.

How It Works

Community-Curated Directory: Users can submit their favorite mini-websites and indie tools to expand our link directory.
Moderated for Quality: Submissions are reviewed before going live. Broken links, policy-violating sites, and malicious content are strictly filtered out.
Upvotes Drive Visibility: Sites with more community upvotes get a higher chance of showing up in the random rotation.
Smart Weighted Randomization: We use a weighted random algorithm to give top-rated sites maximum exposure while ensuring new arrivals get a fair chance to be discovered.
